Adjutant Ministry The purpose of the Adjutant Ministry is to stand beside their leader. To assist him, advance him, bear him up, help him, lift him, regard and respect him, stir him up, yield to him and protect him. It is an awesome privilege and responsibility to serve in the adjutant ministry. Adjutants serve not only the Senior Pastor but also any ministry guest that has been invited by the Oasis of Love Church. Crucial to the success of this ministry is to have the heart of the Senior Pastor.

Celebration Committee
Led by Sis. Dorothy Campbell, the Celebration Committee exists to coordinate and overseer all of the Oasis of Love Church’s annual events. Such events include the Pastoral Anniversary, which is celebrated in October of each year as well as the Church Anniversary and Homecoming. The Celebration Committee strives to ensure that all annual events are done in a spirit of excellence in reflection of the heart of our Pastor.

Armorbearers
The Armour Bearers Ministry is responsible for catering to the overall needs of the Pastor. The ministry supports the Pastor in various capacities such as providing spiritual support through prayer and encouragement, financial support, preparing and serving meals. The ministry is purposed to support the needs of the Pastor so that he may proficiently carry out the work of the ministry.

Deacons/Deaconess
We, the Deacons of THE OASIS OF LOVE CHURCH INC, believe Jesus is the Head of the church. He is Lord, Savior and Shepard. We recognize our pastor as "Under the Shepard" call to do God's will according to the New Covenant...Jesus Christ. We commit to assist and support this ministry in advancing the spiritual and temporal well-being of the OASIS OF LOVE CHURCH INC.

Greeters
The purpose of this ministry is to provide an enthusiastic, positive, spiritual and friendly welcome to each person entering the Oasis of Love Church in Mansfield, Ohio before every worship service. This ministry is committed to help make every worship experience at the Oasis of Love Church positive and spiritually uplifting for everyone, by welcoming and supporting them in a positive, friendly, spiritual manner.

Junior Mothers
The Women of Wisdom who serve the role of the Junior Mother’s Board at the Oasis. The 12 women serve to offer council based on the Word of God by showing love, support and concern for the Oasis Family. They also seek to strengthen, encourage and equip children; youth and women into become mature confident leaders.

Junior Ushers
Our purpose is to advance the Kingdom of God by being discipline and courteous to all that come to see God. The Ushers meets, greets, comforts and conduct movement of service being mindful that order is kept in and around the church at all times. The Ushers greet all who enter, with a pleasant smile, Love U 2 Life heart, and presenting themselves as a servant and recruiter of God’s Army.

Kitchen/Food Committee
The Kitchen/Food committee is responsible for coordinating and organizing private and church-wide receptions for special events. The committee will be responsible for preparation, food serving and dining hall decorations. It is the responsibility of the committee that the dining hall area and kitchen is always clean and in a presentable state. This is necessary so that the House of the Lord is reverenced in every capacity and so that the area is always available for use.

Mother’s Board
The Church Mother’s Board is responsible for carrying out the obligations of the church and pastor in order to instruct others. The Board should teach the support of the church and pastor by teaching women in the community respect and appreciation. The Board should be in close relationship with every auxiliary of the Women’s Department in the church and should assure that each auxiliary is properly staffed and functioned.

Security
As its name suggests, the purpose of the Oasis Security Team is to provide security during all Oasis of Love Church events. This includes securing the outside properties as well as providing security within the building during all scheduled services. Additionally, the security team works to ensure the safety and protection of all who attend Oasis of Love Church events. The Security Team firmly believes in doing things “decent and in order”.
